What will you do?
As a Logistics & RMA Employee, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing goods, including returns. Youāll have the opportunity to work on both logistics processes and the assessment and handling of return products within the RMA department. This is a versatile role where you can learn and grow!
Your tasks include:
- Unloading, sorting, labeling, and stocking incoming goods.
- Picking, scanning, and preparing outgoing goods for shipment.
- Assessing incoming returns and determining the next steps, both physically and administratively.
- Communicating with customers regarding additional questions or status updates about returns.
- Performing tests on returned products to evaluate their condition and reported issues.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding warranty and service matters.
Who are you?
You enjoy switching between departments, want to learn and master everything, and naturally strive for quality. You get energy from organizing and maintaining work processes. Additionally, you:
- Have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Are eager to learn and detail-oriented.
- Have experience in logistics (preferred but not required).
- Are available for 36-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, no weekend shifts).
