Below you will find all frequently asked questions regarding ordering, delivery, and payment.
Order
Can I modify my order?
When your order arrives with us, it is almost immediately forwarded to our warehouse. Therefore, it is no longer possible to modify your order. If you wish to add products to your order, it's best to place a new order. If you want to cancel your order, either partially or completely, please submit it as a return via our return form immediately after receiving it.
How can I request a quote/price estimate?
On the product page of an item, you have the option to request a personalized price for purchases starting from a specific quantity. You simply fill out the corresponding form. Within one business day, a Twindis representative will contact you with an attractive offer.
If you would like a price quote for multiple different products, itās best to contact us directly at sales@twindis.com.
When will my order be delivered?
We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you place an order with both in-stock items and items with a delivery time, we will ensure that each item is delivered as soon as possible through partial deliveries.
Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
All product prices listed are excluding VAT. Only the recommended retail prices are shown including VAT. During the checkout process, the VAT will be calculated and added to your order.
Deliver
Are shipping costs charged?
For orders under 100 euros, shipping costs of 7.95 euros will be charged for the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, the shipping costs are 9.95 euros. Shipping costs for other European countries vary depending on the country (see the overview of our shipping rates).
We had to adjust these rates in early 2025 due to increased costs for both carriers and packaging. But donāt worry: orders over 100 euros are still shipped free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany!
Note: Pallet shipments are excluded from free shipping. A surcharge of 20 euros per pallet will be applied, depending on the number and weight. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process under the "delivery" section in the cart and on the order confirmation.

Can I pick up my order?
No. It is not possible to collect an order.
Can an order be shipped directly to my customer (dropshipping)?
Yes, that is possible. To do this, choose dropshipping when completing your order. More information about dropshipping can be found here
Delivery time
- In stock = shipped the same working day if ordered before 6:00 PM.
- Stock quantities are indicative and will be confirmed after the order is placed.
- Estimated delivery times are based on information from the supplier or carrier.
- The stated delivery time of 'X weeks' begins once the order is placed.
- Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Can I purchase on account?
Yes, however, we always conduct a credit check. If the credit check fails, we will contact you first before deciding whether to proceed with the delivery of the order.
