BMZ Service Partner – Update
Due to recent developments within BMZ, the e-bike division has been discontinued. As a result, the situation regarding service and warranty has changed.

In the past, Twindis served as the official service partner and intermediary for BMZ Drive Systems. In this role, we handled warranty claims and provided support for service cases.

Due to current developments, we can no longer fulfill this role. This means that:

  • We cannot offer a warranty on BMZ products purchased elsewhere.
  • We no longer process warranty claims for BMZ products.
  • New and ongoing warranty claims will no longer be processed through Twindis.

For questions regarding warranties, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or supplier of the bicycle.

Due to these circumstances, we have also ceased to act as a distributor of BMZ products. This means that we can no longer supply BMZ products, except for those currently in stock on our website.
