  • Requests are accepted from five units onward.
  • Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • The serial number on the product must match the serial number on the packaging.
  • Products must be free of additional stickers, markings, or damage, except for the original factory labeling.
  • The production year of the battery may not be older than 2022.
  • Batteries must show no visible damage, deformation, corrosion, or other defects.
  • The offering party must provide photos of the products and packaging for assessment.
  • The offering party guarantees that they are the lawful owner of the offered products.
  • Twindis reserves the right to reject products, in whole or in part, after inspection if they do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Transport costs for rejected products are borne by the offering party.
  • Twindis makes a non-binding offer based on the information provided and/or inspection.
  • The offering party is free to accept or decline this offer.
  • A final offer may be adjusted if the received products differ from the information provided beforehand.
