The E-Bike Vision Test Tower is a professional diagnostic and testing device for e-bike batteries. With the Test Tower, you can easily assess the health and performance of e-bike batteries. The device provides extensive data analysis and reporting to give a reliable and detailed overview of your e-bike battery’s performance. The E-Bike Vision Test Tower works in combination with an external PC or laptop, connected via USB. Test reports can be viewed, saved, and shared digitally immediately.

Key Features

  • Battery analysis: Reading key battery values such as state of health (SOH), charge cycles, and state of charge (SOC).
  • Detailed reporting: The Test Tower generates comprehensive and clearly structured test reports via the accompanying PC software. This allows you to easily see how a battery is performing and whether it is still in good condition.
  • Capacity measurement: The Test Tower can discharge batteries in a controlled manner up to 400W to test their capacity.
  • Software updates: Via a PC connection, you can update battery software to ensure optimal performance.

What exactly does the Test Tower measure

When analyzing a battery, the E-Bike Vision Test Tower can measure, among others, the following values:

  • SOH (State of health) battery condition
  • Number of charge and discharge cycles
  • SOC (State of charge) battery level
  • Temperature and performance during a test

LED Status Indicator

The Test Tower is equipped with a clear LED indicator, allowing the device status to be seen at a glance:

  • LED 1 flashing: Software error – an update is required
  • LED 1 to 5 flashing: Test Tower is not connected to the PC software
  • LED 1 to 5 continuously on: Test Tower is successfully connected to the PC software
  • Descending LED display (from LED 5 to LED 1): Discharge test is active and running
